Chapter Bylaws

The bylaws cover important topics such as Chapter objectives, membership, officers and their duties, meetings composition and function of the Board of Directors, finances, special committees, and amendment procedures.  The Chapter’s bylaws were last amended September 10th, 2007.

Important Dates

The Chapter year runs July 1st through June 30th.
The Nominating Committee presents a slate of candidates for Officers & Directors at the February Regular meeting.
Elections are conducted by e-mail between the February and March Regular meetings.
Election results are presented at the March Regular meeting.
